How long does the payment process take?
Typical processing times are:
- Cryptocurrency transfers: Confirmation times vary by blockchain (typically 10-60 minutes)
- Fiat currency conversion: 1-2 business hours
- Bank transfers to the recipient: Depends on the destination bank and method (SEPA: same day to 1 business day, SWIFT: 1-3 business days)
What verification documents do I need to provide?
For Individuals:
- Valid passport or government-issued ID
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, less than 3 months old)
- Source of funds declaration
For Businesses:
- Certificate of incorporation
- Articles of association/Memorandum
- Proof of registered address
- Director register
- Shareholder register

Which countries do you support?
Our partners offer services to clients in most countries worldwide, with exceptions for jurisdictions under comprehensive international sanctions. Ultimate beneficial owners and directors must be residents of countries not under comprehensive international sanctions and must not be on sanction lists themselves.
